May is almost here and with it, the hoards of raving Ibiza lovers for the first night of the season. Ibiza’s Opening Parties run from the middle of May right through to the start of July, and by this time the clubbing scene is in full swing. The opening night is often seen as a chance for the clubs to put on a show and flaunt the enhancements they acquired during the off-season; like new sound systems, décor and residents. It’s the night where no expense is spared on booking the best DJ’s!
The first opening party this year is at Es ParadÃs; beware, however, because it is still unconfirmed! Es ParadÃs has very cool Roman décor vibe going on which makes it the perfect decadent venue to host the party; and it is also host to the famous Fiesta Del Aqua water parties where the clubs dancefloor gets transformed into a swimming pool!
Of course, to come to Ibiza and not visit Pacha is like going to Paris and not seeing the Eiffel Tower. Without Pacha and the personality that it imposed on the island’s nightlife in the 70’s, it would be difficult to imagine the vitality of Ibiza’s nightlife. The Pure Pacha Opening Party in on the 28th of May, so start getting your dancing shoes on!
